Before taking the position as Chief of Operations, he was employed at the University of Texas Police Dept. as a Public Safety Officer for 9 plus Years. Prior to UTPD Mr. Sharma Has worked at Memorial Hermann Health care system as security Supervisor for 10 years. He also Worked with Royal Fiji Police Force for 13 years as a Detective Inspector of Police in the Crime Branch. Mr. Sharma has successfully completed Crime prevention Course at Rice University Police Department. He holds license Issued by the Texas Department of Public safety (PSB) as a Commissioned Officer, Private Investigator and security Manager for JRSS.
